Engagement Photos at The Estate at River Run, Virginia Wedding Venue by Richmond, VA Couples Photographer

Edward and Wendi are getting married in June, 2025 at The Estate at River Run, a gorgeous wedding venue right on the James River. I was so excited to photograph them at their wedding venue to celebrate their engagement! We planned for sunset but out of nowhere it was obvious a storm was quickly rolling in. We had so much fun holding out until the very last minute as we watched the storm get closer and closer. The sky looked unreal and the wind in the air was adding to the drama. Experiencing the magic of a storm approaching with the gorgeous view from The Estate at River run made us feel like we were in a movie!! It was so much fun and surreal, I love how unique it made their engagement photos. <3 Edward and Wendi, thanks so much for playing outside with me, getting creative, and making the most out of an unplanned storm!
